Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Friday.  Your items are shipped within 10-14 days of payment. Transit time is NOT included in our turn around time.  All packages are sent via USPS and an email with tracking will be sent once a label is purchased.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

In-Store PICKUP 

We offer local pickup at our retail storefront in Franklin, PA.  Hometown Hype Custom Apparel is located at 1246 Liberty Street Franklin, PA 16323.  Please check our website for store hours.  You will receive a fulfillment email once your order is ready for pickup.
